Clear Creek County, CO adopts the following codes:

• The International Residential Code, 2015 edition, including Appendix Chapters E, F, U, W, and X. Clear Creek County, CO Resolution R-18-21 (Page 3).
• The International Building Code, 2015 edition, including Appendix Chapters E, F, M, W, and X. Clear Creek County, CO Resolution R-18-21 (Page 30).
